2) What data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the website, process orders, and communicate with you.
- Identity & contact: name, billing/delivery address, email address, phone number (if provided).
- Orders & subscriptions: order history, products purchased, subscription status (pause/defer/cancel), support requests and emails.
- Payments: we do not store full card details. Payments are processed securely by Shopify/payment providers. We may receive limited transaction data (e.g., payment status, transaction IDs).
- Website & device data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, referral source, approximate location (from IP).
- Marketing & email activity: marketing preferences; email opens/clicks (where enabled).

5) Marketing, soft opt-in, and abandoned cart messages
